Even though the earthly connection is broken, there still is the spiritual one. We can still talk, speak and even hear our dearly departed.They come to us in many forms: animals, birds and insects. They can leave signs letting us know they are there. This is called reincarnation. It is an ancient belief that souls can come to you in times of need or stress. They are transformed into physical things that you can see, hear and touch. My mother, for example, came back to me as a red cardinal, in my darkest times. She is the guiding force behind this book, “Flying Free”. I wrote it about her and I and our bond through heaven and earth.I was finally able to let her go and be free.
