"Description"
It wasn’t his fault she lay broken and battered. He wasn’t responsible for the injuries covering her bruised body.
Her heart, however, told a different story. She endured the pain of its jagged edges as it shattered against her chest, ripping through the hope she once held. Her spirit was broken, and only one man was to blame for that.
Cassandra Clarke had known better than to trust her all to a man like Logan West. She’d thought he was different—a better man than he’d portrayed to others. A man worth risking it all for.
But she was wrong, and would never make that mistake again.
What happens when you question everything you longed to believe—deny all emotions you still hold for a man unworthy of them?
Faced with Logan’s persistence, Cassandra must find the strength to keep her guard up or risk falling again for the one man her body feels…is irreplaceable.
This book is intended for mature audiences.

"Review"
So for the first time I am speechless. I liked this book and I didn't like this book. I don't know what to say about this one, I am a little confused. What was it again? Frankly, as much as I loved the book one and like Logan and Cassie's characters, I think the story should've concluded in two books. There was really no need for three books not that I didn't like it, which I totally did but not the way I had loved the first one. I was so so excited about it and then disappointed.
There is so much tension between Logan and Cassie and I kept thinking, "Cassie, come on get over yourself and forgive him already."
This book started right where the previous book had ended. Logan broke Cassie's heart and then she was in a serious accident an now Logan feels responsible. he keeps visiting her in the hospital, even paid her bills and she keeps showing him the cold shoulder as she still hasn't forgiven him. So far, so good. But then nothing... the whole book revolves around this, Logan trying to redeem himself, making effort to right the wrong and Cassandra being stubborn and scared to give them another chance.
In the end she finally forgives him and then came the crazy ex-fiance, now she is planning something which we will find out in the next book.
I like Angela Graham's writing style. She is good with the words (loved all the cheesy dialogues <3) and that is probably the only reason why I read the whole books otherwise I think just reading the beginning and ending would've sufficed. I know some readers do like to read more about characters they love and those readers must be really very happy right now, unfortunately I am not one of them. I hope the climax will be worth the wait for yet another few months.
