Playing for Keeps (Neighbor from Hell #1) by R.L. Mathewson

"Description"

Done with being the world's biggest pushover, Haley decides that things are going to change starting with the aggravating neighbour who has too much charm and not enough restraint. What she didn't expect was to be sucked into his world, but Haley has a game plan and she won't let herself forget just what the bad boy next door is capable of. The last thing Jason expected was for his little shy neighbour to go Rambo on him over some ruined flowers. After he decides to take her under his wing he can't help but notice that she fits very nicely in his life. Now the only thing left is to convince her that this is anything but a game.

"Review"

This was one of the funniest book I have read this year. I enjoyed reading about all the stupid, crazy things Jason did to his cute little neighbour. He had no idea how irritating he was until Haley lost it one day and let him know exactly what she thought of him- nothing good. After that things got a little better for her and they even became good friends.
They were both neighbours as well as coworkers. Haley came from a family of rich snobs who thought that just because she worked for money she was not good enough for them. Jason on the other hand came from a loving and caring family where everyone stood up for each other no matter what.
Both characters were well developed and interesting. It made me laugh out loud many times. I have always liked books wheres rival/enemies fell into love or realise suddenly that they can't live without each other and Neighbor from Hell series is one the best I have read in many years. So if you enjoy romantic comedies this one is a must read. :)
