The Right Wrong Number by Barbara Delinsky

"Description and Review"
Its a short story revolving around Carly. She owns a small store called Plant People and she is given an opportunity of a life time by a big furniture store down the street. She has four days to make her decision and now she is looking at all the pros and cons and getting very nervous about the whole situation.
She makes a call to cancel her weekend trip but somehow manages to get connected to someone named Charlie. In her hurry she doesn't give the guy to speak much and blabs about her worries but when she takes a breather and the other person speaks up she realises her mistake. Still she finds it easy and even fun talking to this stranger.
The story was a quick fun read and its free on amazon if you are looking for something short and entertaining to read between books. :)
