This is a myth about demigods, monsters and gods. Story revolves around a sphinx, a monster. Hope is on the run as gods are after her, once the prophecy is completed she must die. Hermes sent his son, Athen, a demigod to find her but the boy fell in love with her. She cannot trust anyone, especially not a demigod because the have the power to kill her....
The story has usual teenage life's aspects as well. Most of it revolves around high school students, mean girls and annoying teachers but the plot has a lot more to it. I liked it, its well written, mysterious and interesting. It is suspenseful and keeps reader engrossed. A must read for YA, fantasy and mythology lovers.
