Review: Victorian by Jordan Elizabeth Mierek
Synopsis
Celeste struggles with finding her way from a dark past until she gets a summer volunteer gig at the local historical fair. Enter outrageous actors, dominating psychics, and ghosts stirred by a medium’s presence.
With the help of the psychic’s son, who isn’t at all what her dream date would look like but rather endearing all the same, Celeste uncovers secrets about the village left hidden amongst the dilapidated buildings. Searching deeper will mean opening her heart, a part of her she’s locked up tight and been petrified of freeing.

5-Stars Review
What an amazing book! I enjoyed reading it. I loved the characters and the setting. It is all very mysterious and intriguing. The story revolved around two girls Celeste and Weronika. They meet at a group and then both joined historical fair together.
At the fair is where the real story takes place. The story is about both past and the present. It tells us how past effects us and somethings have the power to change us for the worst. Unless we get the courage to deal with such things we are unable to move on. Just like the ghosts and their unfinished business. They can stay trapped in this world unless they find motivation to move to the other-world.
Celeste is determined to help the ghosts who haunt the fair. She is afraid to tell people at first, she doesn't think anyone will believe in ghosts but when she finally opens up she finds that there are those who believe. Zander is one such person and with his help she will bring peace to these souls that have been roaming the village for so many years....
