When her daughter plans a birthday party for her half-sister. Lucy decides it’s time they all get their act together, but not everyone is on the same page.

There will be dildos and strawberries flying in the air, along with firecrackers, curse words, and little blue pills being slipped into drinks - hard-ons for everyone! Review

This book is hilarious! I loved it, it's just so good. There are way too many laugh-out-loud moments to even count. All the characters are weird in their own unique way and the entire family is simply CRAZY. I assure you there is not a single boring moment in this book, but enter only if you dare. It might not be your cup of tea, after all, it was mine though. ;)

The story is told from five different points of views. Ford, Gemma, Lucy, Daisy, and Yaya. It might be a little confusing if you don't pay attention to which character is telling the story but otherwise, it flows perfectly. Davenports are a strange family. Lucy is still mourning her husband's death even after a year. Yaya (Lucy's mother) is trying to pick up the pieces in the best way she can. Unfortunately, the old woman is crazy and just ends up making everything worse. Ford is probably the sane one, Lucy's eldest son, but he is in love with a woman with multiple personalities. She is also the younger kids' nanny, Daisy. Gemma is Ford's sister, the sweet and kind one, unfortunately for her, she is a little naive and might need a rude awakening before this story ends.

Daisy has issues. Most days it's hard to tell which one of her various personalities will come out to play. There is Tommy, the zombie hunter and then there is Slutty Pepper, but they are not the only ones. There are more people she is hiding in her head and fears that one of them might make an appearance at the most inappropriate time. For now, these tow and Daisy herself are the only ones we have to deal with.

I think this is a great start to a series. I can only imagine how amazing this series will be with all the crazy characters that it has. I absolutely adored this book and would recommend it to all readers.
P.S. I received a complimentary copy of this book.
