Review: Just Love by Prescott Lane

Just Love

Synopsis

There’s two sides to every love story. The how you fell in love, and the how you fell apart.

This is ours.

The cardinal rule of friendship is you don’t mess with your friend’s sister.
That goes double when she’s his little sister.

It was just supposed to be fun.

She wasn’t supposed to end up being the love of my life.
And I definitely wasn’t supposed to break her heart.

Ainsley is a wedding dress designer. That should’ve been a warning that she’s a hopeless romantic. That should’ve clued me in that she believes love conquers all.

But there are some things that love can’t fix. I’m one of them.

She thinks love is the answer.

But love is the reason I let her go.

Review

I loved it! It is a story about love, friendship, and second chances. It's both heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time. I think that it is very well-written and all the characters are amazing. It's one of those romances that touch your heart and make you feel alive. I enjoyed reading it a lot and would recommend to anyone who loves contemporary romance. This book is a must-read for all such people.

Ainsley is his best friend's little sister. They brought her up together, in fact. So, he has no right to have romantic feelings towards her but no matter how much he tries, Rhett can't help it. She is the woman for him, he is sure about that. Now, only if his best friend would let him live after this then he would be the happiest man in the world... Or so he thought. But soon he will realize that life is never predictable and he might not have any future with the woman he loves...

I think this is a beautiful story and I loved every single thing about it. I especially enjoyed how it is written from both the main characters' point of view. That way you know exactly what is going on in their heads and how exactly they feel about each other. All in all, a great read.
