Title: Musings of an
Untutored Pen

Blurb
It's a collection of poetry that is
both happy and sad at the same time. Seemingly unrelated, these poems sketch a
picture that is meant to be felt rather than seen. They are witty, emotional,
passionate, thought-provoking, hopeful, and sometimes tragic. Each piece is a
part of the author's soul, a figment of her imagination, and a window to her
most cherished dreams. In a simple yet profound way, every verse relays a
message, in the hope that it might guide the lost souls through their darkest
times.
Teasers
“I was also
cornered by hateful people, now I live in my shell,
Into the deepest
darkest nooks, my soul now dwells.”
~Must I Say Hello?
“I want to say
this to you, my dear,
We did our best to
make her happier,
But she had a sad
soul, my dove,
She wasn’t an easy
person to love.”
~To Be Fair
“Why are the
people you love so hard to please?
Should you not be
able to do it with ease?”
~A Strange Truth
“I understand the
hatred for I have seen that beast,
I understand
sadness for I have felt its greed,
I know of fear, it
has been my friend for long,
But what is love?
I don’t know that song.”
~I Understand Now
