Review: Wrong Bed, Right Girl by Rebecca Brooks

Wrong Bed, Right Girl

Synopsis

Falling head-first into the wrong woman’s bed was not how Reed Bishop’s night was supposed to go. Now a gorgeous, half-naked ballet dancer was threatening his manhood…with a book. He can’t blame her.
It wasn’t how it seemed—he was just doing his job, tracking down his lead informant, who, unfortunately, took off, leaving him to figure out what to do with her friend. Staying in her apartment was no longer safe.
And that’s how he got himself into this mess.

Now she’s sleeping in his bed while he tosses and turns on the couch.
There are pink tights in his bathroom.
Pointe shoes next to his boots.
He swears he won’t touch her like that…but he can’t ignore his fantasies.

As a tattooed, muscled DEA Agent, Reed’s seen some things. Drug dealers, murderers…He can’t let Talia get close. Even though she’s made it clear they’re both fighting the same hunger. And he definitely can’t use his handcuffs on her…no matter how much she begs.

Review

This is a fun read. I enjoyed the story and characters are also amazing. It starts with a simple misunderstanding and then became so much more. Reed never thought that he'd ever date let alone fall in love again but Talia is the kind of woman he simply can't resist. She sees through his defences and knows the man beneath. She understands him like no one else and she seems to care a great deal about him. His scars run deep and might end up hurting her as well. Can he take a chance and pretend that all is well in his world?
Talia isn't looking for someone special. It wasn't so long ago when she had thought that she already had a special person in her life. That had not ended well. In fact, none of her past relationship ended well. She always attracts the wrong kind of guys until Reed. He is nice and he makes her heart flutter but how much of this is real? Reed doesn't seem interested in anything long-term and she must protect her heart.
It's very well written story, kind of adorable and super romantic. I really enjoyed how Talia and Reed interacted right from the beginning. It was so obvious that these two are meant fro each other. I definitely recommend this book to all romance lovers.
I received a complimentary copy of this book via NetGalley.
