~Review~

It was an interesting read for me although I am not sure how much I actually liked it. Nevertheless I had fun while reading. A historical romance set in the wild west.

It has fun parts but sometimes it seemed just too long. There was mystery surrounding the two opposing families and curiosity to find out what actually happened all those years ago when Tiffany's mother grabbed her and left her father in the middle of the night like a thief.

I liked Hunter's character a lot and the time Tiffany spent at his house as their house keeper was funny in an idiotic sort of way. The book is quite old. I don't think these days historical romances are written this way but it made me laugh a lot. which is a plus point for the novel. I think I'll be reading more of Lindsey's books in the future. They are highly entertaining even if nothing else ;)

I gave this book a 5-star purely based on how much I enjoyed reading it. After all that is what reading for pleasure is all about.
