Tour Stop + Review: Beautiful Curse by Jen McConnel

Beautiful Curse
Release Date: December 2014
Swoon Romance

Summary from Goodreads:
Sixteen-year-old Mya Jones is cursed.

She is, hands down, the most beautiful creature on earth. But beauty can wound, and Mya finds herself reviled and shunned by her peers. If there is even a chance that she could start over, Mya longs to take it, no matter the risks.

So when the strange Mr. Merk offers her a new life away from home, Mya is hesitant but hopeful. Only she didn't count on the mysterious Ross, or her feelings for him.

BEAUTIFUL CURSE is a contemporary retelling of the myth of Psyche and Cupid.

5-Stars Review
This is an amazing book! I loved every single thing about it, the plot, the characters, the way its written, everything is excellent. I enjoyed reading it and would recommend to all of those people who want an entertaining book, full of mystery and intrigue.
Mya has turned exceptionally beautiful just before school started. she has no idea how this "beautiful curse" started. One day she was jus an ordinary teeager and the next day she was turned into a super model. But somehow her beauty seems fake. Everyone starts treating differently and everyday things became more and more complicated for her....
Then she met Ross. She has not seen him but still she fell in love with him.... For a while life was good once again but that didn't last and she must do whatever it takes to make things right again...
It is truely a beautiful story which has enough twists and turns to keep readers at their toes. And once again Jen McConnel has proven to be one of few authors who don't write just for the sake of writting but also giving readers something to think about... and learn fro her chracters' experiences.
