Review

I loved this book! It's full of romance, and intrigue. I loved both Quinn and Willow, side characters are also fun to read about.

Quinn returned from the war a broken person. He is going through many issues and trying to deal with them as best as he can. Willow is like a breath of fresh air for him. Around her she feels grounded, centered, some how better. So for him her company means a lot. In addition to all this he is also attracted to her but she deserves better so he is trying to stay away from that aspect of their interaction.

Willow has made a life for herself in a small town. Her town is unlike any other. It has secrets. She and her best friend try to stay away from the people who know nothing about old part of the town's people. It's better to stay with their own kind. But Quinn is unlike other normal humans, plus Willow has always felt attracted to him. Even when they were teenagers, she used to have a crush on him. Now he is back after a long time, and apparently in need of a friend. She decides to be that friend and may be something more...

It's a fun paranormal novel and I enjoyed reading it a lot.
